Since the beginning of time, there has been a stigma surrounding men and mental health. This stigma has caused men to believe mental health issues are unmanly signs of weakness and prevented them from getting the help they need. Man Therapy was created to put an end to this stigma. And what started as a simple website, turned into a multi-media campaign that impacted how men thought about mental health across the world.
